Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the item you purchased is damaged or defective. (*Depend of the process of hand pulled for our screenprint, Since the texture, condition of the item image on the website can be different from that of the real item, please understand.) If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt or your return/exchange will not be accepted. When you send us an email, please include the details and pictures to proof the damaged or defective item. If the return/exchange is accepted, we will send the address to send back via email and you must immediately return it with this address.
– Shipping charges including import taxes are non-refundable.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping charges for returning your item.
– We will give a refund except shipping charges as soon as we receive the item that is unused and in original condition.
– We will exchange the item if the item is unused and in original condition. Depending on the item, it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary.
– We cannot accept returns/exchanges based on your personal preferences.
– We cannot approve returns/exchanges, if the item is used or taken out of the original packaging.
– If the item is damaged or stained due to your error, we cannot approve returns/exchanges.
*If there are damages to the outside box or the products due to a transportation accident occurred, sender or recipient may make an insurance claim with the post office. In this case, please cooperate by submitting documentation it is internationally called “CN24”. We will replace the damaged product once the post office pay for the damage.
